1/2 cup agave syrup/honey
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil

Vegan semi-sweet chocolate zest (optional)

1-Bowl Vegan Chocolate Cake: Instructions

1. Important: this cake has 3 layers of bread, you can divide the recipe into 3 parts that equal one bread per part.
2. In a big bowl, sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and separate.
3. In another bowl, mix the sugar, warm coconut milk, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, coconut oil in a liquid state. With the help of an electric or hand mixer, integrate all the ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture, reserve.
4. Add the liquid mixture (the previous one) to the dry mixture (the first one), it integrates perfectly with a hand or electric mixer.
5. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
6. Divide the mixture into 3 round trays 20cm in diameter.
