The mix of the eggs must have become cool by now. Remove the bowl from the electric mixer. Then you need to mix in the dry flour. Use the long spatula for this. Keep mixing everything slowly until it has become smooth.

Lastly, you need to add melted butter. Now pour the mix about 2/3 of the cup. Put them inside the oven. It takes close to 30 minutes or more for baking the sponge cakes. In some cases, it can take less time.

The best way to find if your cake it ready or not, is insert a prick and if it comes out smoothly, then the cake is ready. Allow it to cool down for some time. Do not let it cool down because it becomes difficult to remove it from the cake rings.

Instead, let it cool down for a minute. Then take a knife and remove it. The cake should come out without much hassle. For decorations and garnish, you can make use of your ideas and uniqueness.
