Chocolate Cupcake

  • Take a bowl and sift cocoa powder as well as flour together. Then add baking soda, sugar and salt to the same and keep whisking to combine all the dry ingredients together.
  • In another bowl mix one cup of milk with one tablespoon of white vinegar. Let the entire mix sit for ten to fifteen minutes. If you have buttermilk handy, you can use it too. After ten minutes add chocolate essence and oil to milk-vinegar liquid. Yes, I am using oil here because oil gives smoothness to the cakes when compared to the butter.
  • Now mix both dry and wet ingredients together and pour them in the cupcake moulds. Stir the batter for 2-3 times and then whip it for more than 30-40 seconds making it lump free.
  • Take cupcake moulds and fill them with liners. Take one scoop of cupcake batter and fill one of the cupcake with it, follow the similar procedure.
  • Do not fill the liner with more than one scoop of batter. Make sure to fill all the liners evenly and do not fill more than 3/4 th of liner.
  • Bake the cakes in the middle rack of a oven until they are done.
  • Now transfer the cakes onto a cooling rack, if you don’t have one no worries you can just take out the cupcakes from pan and let them cool further.
  • Moist and tasty cupcakes are ready. This recipe is perfect to make the most moist cupcakes.

Vanilla Cupcake

This vanilla cupcake recipe is pretty simple and it is eggless so if you are allergic to egg, then this can be your go to cupcake recipe.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit and line the cupcake pans with liners.
  • In another large bowl, mix sugar and butter until they get a creamy and pale color. Add vanilla essence to that mix and combine.
  • Combine vinegar and milk in a small bowl and let them sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the flour alternatively with milk, keep adding it until the batter turns smooth.
  • Divide the batter among liners equally. Fill 3/4th of the liners with batter and bake them for 18-22 minutes.
  • Take a tooth pick or cake tester and insert it in the center of the cupcake, it should come out clean and this is the indication of the doneness of cupcake.
