●     Large eggs – 4

●     Buttermilk – 1 ½ cups

●     Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoon

For Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting:

●     Butter softened – 1 ½ cups

●     Cream cheese softened – 8 oz

●     Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 ½ cups

●     Vanilla extract – 3 teaspoon

●     Powdered sugar – 7-8 cups

●     Milk about ¼ cups as needed

 Instruction:

●     Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter three 9-inch cake rounds and dust with flour and tap out the excess.

●     Take flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a stand mixer and mix them using a low speed until combined.

●     Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla into it. With the couple of minutes beat on a medium speed until smooth.
